Charco is one of many brands under the Key Pharmaceuticals umbrella and treats intestinal gas. It works by a process called adsorption that collects toxic substances on the surface. Charcoal is an inert material, which passes through the intestines without being absorbed into the body. It absorbs gases and thereby helps relieve flatulence, fullness and bloating.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take 1 to 4 tablets with water three times a day, when needed.
CAUTION:Â
- Charcotabs 250mg may sometimes cause darkening of the faeces and may interfere with the absorption of other medicines.
- If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Charcotabs 250mg should be used with caution in children since activated charcoal may interfere with the absorption of nutrients.Â
- Not recommended for long term use.
- Contains sucrose and lactose.
